Service Description

Remote Support is offered through secure TeamViewer remote control access over a premium channel. You may add your device** to my service queue in two ways: Attended/temporary Access by downloading and running QuickSupport via this private channel: ...and then you can submit a help ticket with your name and description of the issue -Or- Unattended/always-on-demand Access by downloading and installing Host via this private channel: ...and then notifying me when you would want me to connect to your device to perform a task or guide you through resolving an issue. ** Please Note: Not all devices allow remote control, but many devices allow screen sharing when direct control is not available. Therefore, unattended access is not always possible. I hold my clients' privacy and safety in the highest regard whether I visit your screen or home/business in person. Integrity and responsibility are very important to my ongoing support of technology and the people who continue to trust me to help them meet hardware and software challenges.
