Service Description

I support home and business computer users in the Sioux Falls metro area with on-site visits for consulting, troubleshooting, and upgrading technology. Have a question? Please feel free to email or text me for guidance. I speak geek and regular English (and fragments of assorted other languages), and I prefer to talk with people where they are. Please Note: I have a strict policy against unattended on-site support. It is my expectation that you or a trusted person will remain present during my visit to your home or business facility for the duration of support service. Plus, you can count on Mr. Cat--I gladly answer your technological questions and will show you, whenever possible, how to avoid future problems. I hold my clients' privacy and safety in the highest regard whether I visit your screen or home/business in person. Integrity and responsibility are very important to my ongoing support of technology and the people who continue to trust me to help them meet hardware and software challenges.
